Kickstand

I have purchased a Valkyrie Interstate (my second one) and I have noticed it sits too upright when the kickstand is down. It doesn't lean over enough and could easily fall to the right if you are on any kind of incline. Can this stock kickstand be adjusted or can it be bent to where it will lay over to the left more. ??

Look at the size of rear tire mounted on it and the length of shocks. Either or both will cause your issue. Also look at the kickstand mount, see if someone has added washers under the stand mount at the cross member. Also a known cause.

Probably shorty shocks. OEs are 13" grommet to grommet.
If the stand is not shimmed up the cross member may be bent.
When on unlevel ground, I always get off, turn the bars left, and physically pull/yank left (rock) on the bike to get as much lean as I can.

I posted on your duplicate post, then deleted it, and posted it here instead. You should be able to go back to it and delete it also.
Unfortunately there is no adjustment that can be done.
Has the stock tire been changed (a smaller car tire)?
I know my IS leans too far over, and there is what looks like a hockey puck u-bolted on the bottom of the kick stand, and I have a 205/55 car tire on the bike. I'm afraid what will happen when I mount a taller car tire.

That's funny because quite often we get the opposite complaint on this board – that the thing leans over too far. check and make sure that the side stand isn't shimmed up under the frame there where it mounts. Otherwise it must be the size of the tire, or like they're saying, the length of your shocks.
By the way, they're saying there's no fix for it – there's really no good fix – but some have changed the angle of their side stand (as I say to make the bike not lean as far), but I think this is a bad idea, because they're talking about using a torch to heat the thing up and bend it. Well some have had success doing that but to me it's changing the metallurgy of your side stand which is a forging – I wouldn't do it personally. The result of changing the metallurgy in a forging is a compromise in strength so that the thing could just break at some point, or bend, in either case causing the bike to fall over.
