I bought a set of what they said were chrome tack & speedo visors from e-bay after shipping they were $54.00. They looked great in the pictures and they said they were chrome so i thought they were heavy duty for that much money. They were plastic and both of them probably weighed 1oz. Boy was i dissapointed they would not take them back so i got e-bay involved. It took a month but e-bay refunded my whole price including shipping. DON'T BUY THESE ITEMS THEY ARE EXTREMLY CHEAP.

You can buy the same thing here for around $5, have had them on my bike for at least ten years.

BIGHEAD  $20.00 would have been ok but $54.00 was just to much. You're right i do think they look good but what i paid was just to much. Everyone that own's a Valk is guilty of trying to make it special. Me included. I'am sure i'll find something else to put on it.

Have a pair on mine for years and no issues here.  Look as good as the day I put them on.

Have had a pair from the Chrome Shop for 4 years now. I had seen them on eBay, but then went to this board and was directed to the Chrome shop. They are still nice.

Not sure what seller the OP is referring to that he alleges "ripped him off"  on eBay.  However there are very few selling these and some are less attractive than others;  none are metal;  all are chromed composites that will not (if installed correctly)  scratch  or rust the actual gauges.  As far as I can see these are only for the Cruiser;  NOT the Tourers as they have different sized gauges.  I have seen  ALL of the ones for sale  and know that some are not well fitted or finished;  all are fairly light weight  but do wear well and look  good.  Let's think about how ebay works  for a minute here:::   The seller researches and seeks out a product.  They then take  the risk  that these items will sell.  They invest  in the items (which may  be sold at wholesale or retail)  and fronts  the shipping which can be steep  from a lot of suppliers.  Then the seller has to do  photography  that reflects the product;  on and off the intended vehicle.  and also protect them from theft.  The next step  is listing them which takes  time and effort and costs the seller.  When the item is listed the seller will need to set a price which reflects these expenses and of course makes a profit---which is eroded in the NEXT step.  The price  can  be a Buy It Now;  or an Auction;  or a Best Offer.  IF the seller lists  it as an Auction WITH a Buy It NOW--the price for the Buy It Now MUST be at LEAST  30% MORE than the Auction price as per ebay rules;  you can't list if you don't  meet this rule.  When the item SELLS  eBay  takes at LEAST  an 11% cut directly off the top;  THEN eBay takes ANOTHER cut of the shipping that the BUYER pays so EVERY Seller is subsidizing  EVERY item's postage!  Then Paypal  takes ANOTHER cut of the item price.  That is THREE different %'s before the Seller gets paid!  The seller then mails the item  off to the Buyer and hopes that the item meets the buyers expectations.  If the Seller has a NO RETURNS policy  ( all listings tell  you this in the description)  then the buyer should not have a reason  to complain unless the item  is radically different  OR the item arrives damaged.  There are several  ways  to deal  with this;  simply  contacting the Seller is usually enough  to resolve any problems.  Contacting  eBay  or using their CASES  System  should only be an option AFTER you contact the Seller.  If you DO use the eBay system  there are time limits  that EBAY sets;  not the Seller or the Buyer;  and these are not a "One month"  time span  as stated by the OP here;  I do not know what  he did of course so can't speak  to his issue.  Usually   this resolves a problem   but often  people who are not familiar with the eBay way  of doing things  use an inappropriate method  which can lead to misunderstandings.  Another resource  for using eBay  is the FeedBAck  comments of previous buyers;  if you look you can see if the Seller has sold these items before and how others liked  them;  be aware that only a certain % of buyers bother to leave Feedback  so  the full number of items sold can be MUCH different  than the Sellers Feed Back count or the number of particular  items you see sold.  I would suggest  that if you feel  an item  is priced too high you contact the Seller  to see if they can do better;  often  they can and will;  but sometimes  they might want  to take the sale "off ebay"  so THEY  will not be charged  eBay and Paypal  fees.  Items  on eBay have to be priced competitively  and some sellers  will charge a low price but a high shipping fee;  some will include shipping in the price (shipping is NEVER free;  somewhere  it is reflected  in the price)  some will sell to International buyers  and many will not;  eBay raises  rates and "Store Subscription"  prices at the drop  of a hat often  without notifying Sellers---all factors  in pricing.

The Chrome Shop has a extensive catalog.
Would anyone have an item number? I would like to order a set.
