What do you guys use to clean and condition the stock seat?  I searched but didn't find anything, so I apologize if this has been answered already.

Nothing special with mine.  Soapy water then rinse and towel dry.

I use all of the following but not at the same time:
soap and water
303 Protectant (http://www.303products.com/ )
Spray Pledge wax

Good old Mothers Leather conditioner. Keeps the vinyl soft and water proofed, doesn't leave it sticky as some do.
