The discount stores (i.e., Walmart, Meijers) south of Indy are still pretty bare, but Gander Mountain's shelves are just about full (although the prices are substantially higher than the Walmart next door).
This seems to be a pretty good search engine:
http://www.ammoengine.com/Placed an order with Graf & Sons last Thursday and received my order on Tuesday. There was a $4.50 "Handling and Insurance" fee per order, but free UPS ground shipping after that. Less than sales tax (although I realize that I will need to make sure sure I pay the Indiana sales tax when I file my Indiana return next spring).

Lady: How much are pork chops?
Butcher: $3.99 a pound.
Lady: But Harrison's around the corner has them for $2.69 a pound.
Butcher: Than why don't you just buy from Harrison's?
Lady: Harrison's is sold out.
Butcher: Look lady, if I was sold out I have them for $1.99.
