Question, does the IS Trunk come apart?
I wanted to repair the flap inside the trunk behind the seat, I took the first screw out on the right side and the screw clip fell down in side the trunk between the inner and outer layer. How can I retrieve this piece?
I tried the search bar with no luck, sorry if this question has already been posted.

Thanks,
Bryan

Yes it does.... You have to remove the weather striping/gasket and underneath are about 14 screws... that releases the inner Plastic shell from the outer painted shell You also have to remove the mounting screws that hold the trunk down to the brake.. I think

Leave the weather stripping where it is your screwdriver will go in beside it and there are about 12 or so screws around it and the 4 big bolts in the bottom covered by little plastic snap ins then there is a rubber gasket between each of those holes between inner and outer shell. It is time consuming but not hard to do. There are also a few screws on the bottom of the trunk that has to be removed.

Thank you,
I got it finally and I super glued those little clips back in place.

Thank you both again,
Bryan
