Finally got a chance to pull the front calipers and disassemble everything.

A lot of 'mud' was found everywhere. Cleaned every nook and cranny.

Replaced the dust and piston seals. Pistons were in good shape. Not a difficult
job at all. (followed article in Shop Talk)

At the last, went on to fill the lines with brake fluid. Decided to try a new method.
Got two syringes, and nylon tubing that fits both the syringe, and the bleed nipple.
Attached everything up, filled the syringes with fluid, and, while my girl was watching
the reservoir, pushed the plungers on both syringes.

She saw bubbles come out of the reservoir, then just fluid til it filled up most of the way.
Topped off the rest.
Closed the nipples, removed the nylon lines. Pumped up the brake a while until I had some
push back. Took it for a rip. Great brakes. No bleeding required.

My hardware sprung leaks a few times, gotta improve the hardware, but the method
works.

A guy called me a Ba$tard, I said in my case it's an accident
of birth, in your case you're a self made man.
