When I'm up here sitting with Dad he shares his stack of motorcycle magazines.
RoadBike has an interesting article in the March 2009 edition on Moto Museums.
It has a list of 25 or so museums nationwide dedicated to motorcycles. The list is not all HD museums like I thought it might be.  The list is also fairly well scattered around the country. Utah, Idaho, and Oklahoma apparently need motorcycle museums. The rest of the country is fairly well filled in. Oddly, it did leave off Florida, which is odd since I remember going to a motorcycle museum down there, maybe it had cars too.

I've been to 2 of the museums on the list. The perinnial favorite Wheels Through Time and AMA Hall of Fame.
It is an interesting read. Highly recommend it.

A national cushman meet? Who knew such a thing existed?

Since many of you noted starting out on Iron Eagle Cushmen, I thought some of you might be interested. I never knew that this place existed. I've passed by it many times, but never stopped. I think I'll have to change my plans and try to work it in soon. I wonder if I can make it there on my lunch break Monday?

RJ,
Fixed a few, left a few. I don't have the mag in front of me that I copied the links from the first time. It is easier to type tonight and double check them. I did them the first time on a Netbook with keys smaller than my fingers. It is good to be able to stretch out on a real keyboard.
