Fired up the big lady tonight, noticed fuel leak(pouring) from upper rear carb area on right bank. Could this be a cracked fuel line or is it from a fuel rail? Any tips are greatly appreciated

if its leaking from one of those it's most likely a stuck float. Just checkin since you have "Cajun"in your handle are you in the Lafayette area???

after I reinstalled the freshly rebuilt carbs. I had to tap on each bowl until I found the right one and freed the float.  If your bike has set for awhile you might need to pull them and clean the bowls & jets.
