I am rebuilding a '99 and was wondering about best shocks.  We ride 2 up a lot and I was thinking air adjust because of ease but I see a lot of you talk about progressive?  Looking for advise---- Thanks

The popular shocks are Progressive 13" 440 HD's. Somewhere above $400 for a pair. The best shocks are from WWW.worksperformance.com  They design shocks for your needs. First is ride height; weight; riding style; Chrome body or aluminum; powdercoated springs or chrome. Then you get the bill. Maybe $500 depending on what you order.

Works +1

They ride better than the progressives I had on there.

Works Performance now has an Ebay store where they sell inventory excess and products returned for some reason. I was fortunate to pick up a pair of shocks that fit me perfectly because the original buyer had mistakenly ordered black rather than chrome springs. The price was about $400 for mine.

For example...
