I recently bought Cobra 6 into 6 for my 2nd Valkyrie the 1st one already had them installed. When I connect all three pipes into the engine, the support mounting brackets are off by a few centimeters and I cant get them to line up. What am i doing wrong?

You have them separated or loose from each other? My brake side would not line up I made hole just a bit bigger to work

What you probably need to do is to loosen the two mounting bolts for the passenger foot peg mounting plate, that will allow you to line up the holes to secure the rear of the exhaust. Don't forget to re tighten the mounting plate bolts after the exhaust is in place.

Yeah... been there a time to two. I also installed a belly tank, which made things even worse for getting the 6X6 lined up right.
Loosen up ALL nuts & bolts... this allows for some slack in getting bolts where they need to go.
Snug all the nuts & bolts up one by one (not tight, just until things line up and touch flush).
If everything looks good after that (check that nothing's obviously in the wrong place), tighten everything down to proper torque.
