A little crisp, but we dressed warm. Just the bride and me. A nice ride in the country, a few leaves falling stopped at a couple of wineries. Got lucky on the way home, the local Greek Orthodox Church had a Food Festival ! MMM Greek food good!

Growing up in a Greek household in my early years....I have a love-hate relationship with Greek food.  I love Baklava, Gyros, Dolmades (Stuffed grape leaves), Souvlaki.  I hate anything with that smelly, stinky goat cheese...especially the Spanakopita!  Hopefully there was plenty of good Baklava.

I had to avoid the sweets, which was very very hard ! And they had all the homemade good stuff! I had the Gyro Platter with a side of grilled sausage.  Patty had a chicken Gyro and we split a Greek salad. Sorry, but I love Feta!
One of the gentleman there gave us a tour of the Church, They recently had some new Icons painted. My wive is Roman Catholic and had never seen them before and was amazed at their spiritual beauty.
Great people, good food and every year in the spring one of the Fathers does a "Blessing of The Bikes"
This is what makes America great, our cultural diversity and community spirit.
