Does anyone know if the bib is different for the interstate verses the standard?

Yes, it's longer since the I/S tank is larger.

There is only one bib.  It fits all three models.  The slot in the back is elongated to fit both sizes of tank.  I did have at one time a sheet from Iron Horse listing all the different bibs and there was only one listed for the Valkyrie.
