Somehow I don't think it surprises me too much.... with all the aliens (legal and illegal) from all over the world here in the US,  I would believe this.  If you have never been overseas in a public restroom environment in some of those other countries..... sometimes it was..... for lack of a better word, I will just say.... interesting.

I was in a bathroom yesterday  near Gettysburg and the hand the staff must wash hands after using the facilities, but this sign went into detail on how to physically do it....wished I had my camera...I am not sure if anyone that hit the Blue Gray ate at the Stophenhaus on route 15 in Abbotstown Pa...
