Loosen the bolts to the tabs that bolt on to the passenger seat holes, adjust them to a manageable position  and re tighten then bolt it on. Enjoy.

The seat has two metal tabs where the bolts
that hold it on go. The bolts go into the holes
that the rear OEM seat bolts go in. I have a
rubber washer between the metal tabs and
the fender, I don't remember if that's how it
came or not, but they're good to have there.

Put a bit of silicon lube or a good grease on the seat support rubbers and the tang that goes into the tank holder. Along with adjusting the seat bolts the ones actually on the underside of the seat that the back bracket is mounted by.

I'm even still using the OEM seat's aluminum bushings, they fit right into the enlarged areas of the hold down tang's screw holes.  Then, under that, I have the Corbin-supplied rubber washers to isolate the tangs from the bodywork.  This way the bushings concentrate the hold down force to the same locations as the stock seat, and the washers protect the paint.
