Do we have figures for how many have been sold in the U.S. so far?  And the world-wide figures?

I've got sn 245, so there were at least that many.  laugh

Hi, don't know total sales, would have to contact Honda. All I know is I'm glad they made  mine, I love this bike, and from other posts everyone that gets one feels the same, and with a limited number will support them being a possible colectors model, not that I would give mine up.

Well I know what you are talking about but I think the Valk is a HUGE SUCCESS. It was the bike I always wanted and to me the wing was the a good bike but without all the fairings. I always thought about buying one and stripping all the extras away and that would be the bike. Thanks to Honda for making my dream bike.  cooldude

Smooth, quiet, quick, handles like a dream either around the block or on the road makes miles seem like nothing. Can appeal to the sport crowd yet cruise with the best of them. Reliability up the wazoo and a three or four year warranty. Looks that make you do a double take so, that to me spells HUGH SUCCESS, Numbers never told the whole story. If that is not enough the drive train of a wing for the price of a regular bike.

Exactly...Allot of bike for the money. A buddy of mine just bought a brand new Victory Cross Country Magnum....Cool looking bike...but paid almost twice as much for it as I paid for my new Valk!  That Victory is a cool bike...but it in now way can compare to the Valk... More bells and whistles...bags etc...but engine and spec wise? Not even close.

Don't get me wrong, I love my Valkyrie or I wouldn't own it.  I'm just curious how "exclusive" a club we belong to.

I hate they haven't sold that well.  I really don't expect Honda to keep them rolling off the assembly line.  That can be good and bad.  Good part, we have a limited production bike that rules the road.  Over time these bikes will become worth some good money.  Bad part, limited availability on parts and accessories.  In any case glad I jumped in because this ones a beast.

The 1500 Valk was not a instant success either, everywhere I go people look at the bike and ask questions. Most of the drive train parts are interchangeable to a wing so at least that is covered.
