Pulled carbs off for a good cleaning, everything was going fine until I was removing the pilot jets. Had the "right D socket tool" for the removal however three pilots are seized to the point where the tool rounded the top. I then cut a screwdriver slot into the tops but the brass just gave way when applying the screwdriver. Thinking now I am left to trying to drill them out, I have nothing to loose because they aren't usable the way things sit now. Any other thoughts?
TIA !

I had one do the same thing. I removed the carb bank, soaked the screw in kroil and then had to carefully cut down the carb shoulder with a dremel and then got some vice grips on it. picked up some used mixture screws on ebay. they are used for many honda carb bikes.
