I found when doing my pre-trip inspection before Inzane that the CSC was leaking very slightly making a little trail of a mess.
.. I took a chance and never mentioned it the whole time keeping an eye on the fluid window, well we made it all the way and then some until i could tell a couple weeks ago the fluid window was gettin low. So yes she was leaking much better now, time to replace. The reservoir had some crumbles of crap but look at it all on the cylinder. Per the manual the side stand mount has to come off to do the job and sure enough they were right. one bolt and the CSC itself needs the room to be removed. Has anybody tried taking this side stand mount off ?? I had to use the jack slightly without the bracket to get her balanced without the wheels leaving the ground. The bolt heads need to be held with a wrench while ratcheting the nuts, they were tight.!
That was a trick but i got her done. Bleeding was easy with the mighty vac. Test run says she is good. The lever feels easier to pull too.
