I have recently become the owner of a Valk  Smiley. I know that there are several others in this area of Spain.

I would like to set up a country chapter as there currently isn't one.

I emailed the country co-ordinator (RepCoordinator@f6rider.com) through the link on the appropriate page on the main site and the email bounced back as no such mailbox.

Where do I go from here?  ???

Hey Colin Good news on a chapter in Spain. I would use the "Contact Staff" link on this page to get ahold of the VRCC Staff. They answer back fast. Get a web page set up and when made a "State Rep" you will have access to email all the Spanish VRCCers.Good luck  on your project. I have had a great time with mine.
