Not close enough to come. Can't wait to see pics to see what Fall Color Kansas style looks like. Is that cornfields that are turning colors for the fall? Wheat fields turning autumn colors? As it turns out, I don't know squat about Kansas. So I can't wait for the pics!

BigIV you missed the key part of his post. He said they are going to Nebraska. There is nothing in Kansas to see. We ahve no trees. The wheat is winter wheat and it's just now sprouting and will look like short grass all winter. The corn is all brown and dead right now and being harvested as I type.

Nothing here to see folks, move along to another state.  coolsmiley

I'm in, let's get the details straight. Will you be stopping for breakfast after the 8:00 departure? I'll have to leave here by 6:00 to make it up there by 8:00.

Hoser,

I was all in until my girlfriend's boy called me and wanted to know if I was going to come to his football game on sunday.  They are having a dinner afterwards and was hoping that I could make it..  So that might put me out.  His game is at 1pm. and dinner is at 6pm.  I might try and meet you guys and ride for breakfast and then peal off to go to kansas city.

I just talked to center12 tonight and he has plans for saturday but if he gets home saturday night he was going to try and make it.

Maybe JD and Dana can make it  ???   Breakfast sounds good  cooldude

No worries valkhound...  You have a fun time watching cars go in circles  Cheesy   If you don't get your fill on the Nascar gig.  They are having a big dirt track race at Lakeside Speedway (just north of Kansas Speedway) Friday and saturday night.  Some of the nascar racers come out and race w/ the locals in the Modified and Late Models.  Usually it is Kenny Wallace, Kevin Harvick, Kenny Shraeder, and Clint Boyer to name a few.  If interested check out their site http://www.lakesidespeedway.net/

Anyhow...  Have a great time and I will see everyone else on sunday morning....
