Ok, Im not talking about the Valkyrie here....I rode my Valkyrie (they say bike riding is good exercise) for 100K miles and havent lost a pound!!!!

Well, Ive been thinking of starting to ride my bicycle again as running is too painful but the streets are crammed with trucks and its too DANGEROUS  Embarrassed

Our housing area is a tad too small to ride a bicycle round and round the block....BUT....we took the grandson out for a walk/ride on his new little bike with training wheels, so I joined them on my unicycle.  Yup one wheel........Its been many years, but its kinda like riding a bike....you really dont forget how.  Im not as smooth on it as I once was, but I lived and MAN!!!!  I dont remember it being that much work....I got a leg and a cardio work out all at once and never had to fight traffic.  I may do this again and again instead of running or biking

one of these days I'm going to learn to ride the unicycle. It is a goal. I never had any luck as a kid. I wonder if my body is any better prepared to balance.

I can't juggle either (well, only scarves).
