Quick question....would anyone speculate about how hot the valve covers would get? I am considering Plastip for a lot of the chrome parts on the engine. Valve covers, carb covers, intake tubes etc. Plastidip is good for a max of appx 300 deg. The valve covers get hot and I dont think they get that hot but I am curious.

The only thing I would use plastidip on those parts for, is just to see if I like it before the powder coating
