Desmog now popping on decel

Thanks for all the responses, I just managed to get back into working on my issues, the intake O-rings have been replaced along with the short lines to the air cut off valves, today I noticed a leak which is coming from the #5 air cut off valve! Performed a vacuum test and the valve failed, do you think this has been the source of my problems? I will replace the valve and o-rings and see what happens, Thanks again for the awesome advice, it is appreciated
