Going back to stock turn signals from an intergrated  system,  my question is are the wires coming down the fender color coded or is a game of guess which wire.

I'm not sure what an integrated system is. But under your right side cover will be turn signal wires. I don't remember all the colors, but they should be in shoptalk or your manual.

Orange is left, blue is right. Orange with a white stripe is the front running light for the left, blue w/white is the right running light. Green is ground, brown is 12vdc for the taillight and license, green/yellow is the brake light.

Honda doesn't like change. Same colors on cb750c and v65 magna

I used to work in a Honda shop in the 70's setting new bikes up.

That was a LONG time ago, but if I remember right, all the signals were color coded the same.

Orange left , blue right.
