He has made a few suggestions himself, so please give those proper consideration when voting.

PS:  This shall in no way be interpreted as an attempt to sway the voting.  I have put this poll to multiple focus groups and various sensitivity organizations to verify that it is not biased toward any particular result, and is not insensitive to the feelings of the posterior-structure-challenged.
