After 84 days of over 100 degs. The weather man says upper 70's from now on starting today. i am SO looking foward to a nice long winter riding season. I got all my valkyrie projects done and the bike is ready to go. It is time to ride.  Smiley

I have to agree with you. Although the temperatures around here never get as hot as your location (Thank God), I hate the heat even when it's in the mid 80's .

Now we're in the 70's during the day. Time to roll out my Valk Trike and give her some exercise!  Smiley

Seems like the older i get i can not deal with the heat. My last few years at work i rode in the summer only because gas was high. Not bad at in the morning at 0500 but coming home at 108 was hard to deal with. I only had 30min ride home but that was bad enough.

It's been just about perfect riding weather here the past 3 days. Lows in upper 40's and highs in 70's. I finally went back to work Tuesday and have been able to ride to work all week so far. Supposed to rain tomorrow again, but then pretty for the weekend again.

I love to ride when its cool, i ride as much as i can when the heat breaks. 40 to 70 is just right, it just feels good to ride with a jacket and gloves. I like to go to highway 40 through Indiana and ride at night, hardly ever see a car and its four lanes. Nice and cool and the Valk just seems to love that air.
