Yes Honda parts, try Honda Directline parts.
Seems like 15 to 30 dollars.

Yep.  Can't remember the price.  Wasn't much.  It is mainly the rubber parts.  You will need a snap ring pliers.  Got mine at Harbor Freight.  Had to modify one of the sets of jaws to get into the end of the housing.
