Thanks everybody! Yep... If I'd given it a great deal thought and tried to script a perfect day, I couldn't have topped this one!!! Weather was dang near perfect, roads in good shape, natives friendly... had to love it... and I surely did. I ended up in Jasper, TN, tonight... I'm meandering around waiting on this weekend and the Fall Color Ride in Robbinsville, NC.
Normally that's an easy two day ride, or one arduous long day... However, once Matthew cleared the area, I had developed a raging case of cabin fever, so... Also, ALI was practically pleading with me to take her for a spin and let her do her thing... Anyway, Sunday morning we both found joy... Riding around with no destination in mind, no time constraints, nobody to please, nothing to prove... Have I ever mentioned that I sure do love my life?
Well, I do... And, part of the good life I'm having is the joy of quality friendships... Nationally, even some international friends, friends in practically every state... and special friends down in Florida... I appreciate y'all... Thanks for the well wishes! See ya one of these days...
