It ain't letting your hair down that scares people .... it's dropping your drawers that is truly frightening. Shocked

I'm pretty sure this is one of the smaller cottages that sleeps three.  I will check into it.

I talked to Miss Reba today she's the one that gave me the information on the number of beds and type cottage.I'll keep this " bumped " near the top someone will take it. I get e-mails all the time from folks wanting a " room " at ground zero  Undecided  This is all thats left and the entire motel will be our group.

I'm headed to Atlanta tommorrow to pick up a 97 standard. It was lowsided very lightly @ low speed, no body damage or frame damage, just some cosmetics. I hope to get it ready for the FCR. It's rideable as is just need a few things.
Give me a shout if you might have any of these items.

Left engine guard
left clutch master cylinder
rear passenger backrest pad
left rear turn signal
speedometer case

What is the route this year? Dry Falls is open again if you are making it another waterfall ride.

Violet and I reserved a cabin last year, sharing it with Randy and Suzy Bowers and Steamer, why oh why did we let Steamer in the room  crazy2 uglystupid2

Joe,

I tried to call you....couldn't get your voicemail.  I talked to Miss Reva today and had her transfer that cabin into your name.  She's holding it but would like for you to give her a call ok.

Sorry we missed you Saturday at the Dragon.  Place was a zoo.  Managed to get a couple of good runs in though.  Leaned the bike a little to far and scraped the right engine guard uglystupid2

Oh well.  See you in a couple of weeks.

I've got a outstanding ride planned and the cooler weather will bring on the colors and with all the rain this year the weather folks claim the colors should be brilliant this year...Bring It...LET'S RIDE  Smiley

I really envy ya'll. I am here in  Severille TN. now on vacation, rode Sat to Fall Creek Falls,, then Sunday rode the Blue Ridge pkwy down to Caesars Head park and Table Rock . It rained a bit last night so we stayed close to ground zero and took in the Tuckaleechee Caverns and Cades Cove. We saw about 30 or more dear. One a 8 point buck I was able to get within 10 feet just clicking the camera away as he ate.

Tomorrow we will probable head north to Ky.

Anyway the leaves in the upper elevations of the Blue Ridge are starting to turn so in 2 weeks it should be perfect.

I wish I could get off work and I would be here.  We will definately be there next year.

Here is one of an 8 point buck that I was able to get within 10 feet of. I also got within 20 feet of a fawn and her mom.
