I don't believe so, THe pan on the interstate rear pillion portion needs to sit in a notch provided by the brackets for the trunk support bars. That holds it in place.

It does fit, no problem. But it is ugly.

I think the key word might be "rider" seat. Maybe I'm reading it wrong. It will fit, but you would have a gap between the front of the seat and the tank. A upholstery shop could fix that.

Thanks guys..I ordered a seat from Ultimate that had a small blemish on the side of seat that was listed for a tourer/standard. Seat arrived and when I put it on, it had about a half inch gap between it and the tank. I looked on the bottom and it say it fits an interstate. Got a heck of a deal and seat looks really good except for the gap. I will prolly call Des on monday at ultimate and get a return for it. Anyone needing a low rider for a interstate..... a helluva deal at half price(170.00) and the blemish is hardly noticeable. Do yall think an upholster shop could fix it to look good?
