This could save my butt from that pink T shirt if it was on Saturday, (rain date for the pink ride).

Van Wezel is hosting Mannheim Steamroller (if you heard of them) on Friday so I doubt I will be able to make this one as I will be working way past my bedtime.

Might just roll out from Palmgetto on the 1500 for a breakfast/lunch location down here.

Have fun

Unfortunately, Saturday, Patty and I will be headed to the sand sculpture display on treasure island. I hope you all have a happy and safe ride.

Pickins are looking slim for riders.  Mike if you/y'all want to come by here we can ride over together.  Looks like about an hour from here to Bills so maybe about 10:15 or so.  12645 SW 42 Trail Lake Butler.

Well nuts, Rita's kids are coming this weekend for an early Thanksgiving. They've done this the last few years so they can be at home for T'giving with the rest of their growing families. Last year I suggested they turn it around and spend Thursday here and have their "at home" T'giving on the prior weekend. Obviously that idea didn't take so looks like I'm stuck at home this Saturday. At least there will be lots of food. Now if I can get Rita's oldest son to put away his cell phone. He's the most irritating person around with that thing, can't carry on a conversation without being interrupted by the little "ding" when it goes off. Finally I got to him a couple times when he came to me while I was watching TV, wanted to talk about a car problem. I asked him if his phone was turned off...."no."  OK, then I don't want to discuss anything with you. Did that 2-3 times and he got PO'd over it, so mom(Rita) told him what to do....shut it off. He then wanted to watch our big TV and his phone kept going off and he kept answering it. I shut off the TV, walked out and took the remote with me. When they were leaving later that day, he had the nerve to mention what a narrow minded person I was re. cell phones. In short.....I unloaded!  Angry

If he does it again this Saturday, I'm going for a ride and eat lunch at Dennys.

Mike I can't remember if you have been here before but SW 42 Trail is my driveway.  You will be turning on a dirt drive between planted pine trees.  John Before my Dad passed he loved to fish.  Several times he took the preacher/minister from church and after listening to him talk on the phone instead of fishing Dad told him that he was welcome to go with him the next time but only if he left the cell phone at home. When I go to a large group meal I try to remember to shut my cell phone off. Same with Restaurants. I don't always remember, but I try. If I had someone that annoying at my home, he would be told to shut the phone OFF while seated at the table. My house, my rules. He would have 2 choices. Shut it off, or leave the table, and not come back.
