Do you guys think Meathead's job is supposed to be the antagonist on this board, since he is not only against trump but any issue on this board that most agree with he is against. I have never seen anything like it. Its not just one issue but seems every issue.

As for Melina, shes a tough no nonsense lady that answered the questions on 60 minutes better than some politicians and didnt mince words. Beautiful, tough, a true companion for Trump and from what I also gathered in the interview gives her opinion to Trump about issues. I did not see Trump show any signs  that there might be an issue with her speaking out in the interview. As for the immigration, PPPLLLEEAAASSSEEE, what a crock and non issue except to the left that seems to know a lot about a lot of negative things. You dont think they could be looking for stuff do you?

I wish those pics had been harder to find and not reveled, not that they are an embarrassment but its not in good taste or respectful of a lady that is going to be in some very high places. This is why they were brought up in the first place, to discredit. Do we really need to think of the first lady in this light? Cannot we try and honor her by not bringing up this kind of past, I'm sure most here if you look into the past has things they would rather forget. I dont mean to dampen things, but, really do we need this?

There are plenty I agree with on here. But when I don't, I express why. If it bothers you that I don't run with the pack here oh well. As to her immigration violations. I don't think it's that big of a deal at all. I just think it's highly hypocritical of her husband to be so vitriolic about illegal immigrants and turn a blind eye to her possible immigration violations. As to her pics. Those weren't some private pics that somebody hacked into her account and got. Those were pics that she did for money.

I'm sorry you feel that way about me Romeo. I have always felt respect for you regardless of our political differences. Maybe you guys are right. Maybe this community is not for me. I will reexamine my place in it. I have never felt shy about expressing my opinions regardless of how the majority feels. But if I am causing that much desension here, we might all be better off if I go my separate way. I will think about what is best and make a decision.

If so I will throw in the fact that the Hildabeast still has not produces at least 33,000 emails that we know of as well as probably tons of other stuff. She lied to the FBI and Congress. Weren't you pretty happy about the possibility of her becoming President? Seems a bit one-sided again here.

No it's not a life changing event for me. I view it as a very minor event. No I don't think it should prohibit him from office. If you will remember or care to go back and look, I said at the time the email thing was going to be her downfall. At least I got one thing right.   No I was not happy about her becoming president. I was actually pulling for Kasich, but he lost. I voted for Clinton because I couldn't in good concience vote for Trump. I almost didn't vote at all. But I have voted every time since I was 18 and didn't feel it was patriotic to sit it out. I think many people did sit it out because they couldn't feel pride voting for her. It truly was a shame they were our choices. I wish I knew how to change or improve our system for nominating candidates.

We have bigger fish to fry,  like millions of illegals earning thousands and not even giving a second thought to going for citizenship. Don't compare the two, it's apples and oranges along with a lot of sour grapes. My bet is she reported it on a tax return also, compare that to the millions of illegals earning thousands and the gov't. will never see the first dime in tax. If all the media (and everyone else) is going to do is to sit back and continue to find one thing after another to criticize or second guess or defame the man or his wife (or kids), as has been going on during the entire campaign ad nauseum, then we should just tune them out entirely.  Now everybody's jumping up and down about his selection of a cabinet and advisors (which every president elect must do) (or that he didn't invite the press to dinner with his family: screw the press and the assholes that pay them, and any who pay attention to them).  I for one am sick of it!!!!!!

Issues?  People will make big issues of someone of whom they disapprove and simply not see or make excuses for those of someone whom they support.  I think evidence is that repeated insistence that Hillary Clinton should be charged and jailed.  On the other side are those who insist that George W. Bush committed criminal acts while he held the office. I see the one as unethical and twisting legal behavior and I see no evidence of any illegal behavior in the other.  People will see what they choose to see.  What is almost amusing is when one passionate opposer insists that one prove to him that he is wrong while historically and by implication he will accept no proof that is presented.  It happens on both ends of the spectrum.

Melania's supposed immigration violations have been beat to death.  Melania was not an immigrant at the time of the allegation.  She was on a visitor visa.  It wasn't until years later that she became an immigrant.  The claim by her attorney is that there was some inconsistency in the dating of checks and supposed bookkeeping but that she did not violate her visa.  I honestly doubt that a model making the income she did at the time keeps track of such things or is even aware of legal limitations. She undoubtedly had an organization that took care of her including accountants, business managers, and lawyers.  Did they make a mistake?  Maybe.  Did she sneak across the border to illegally enter the U. S. of A.?  Not by the wildest speculation.

I know it may seem unclear to some, but an illegal immigrant is one who has immigrated (entered the country) illegally not one who violated some law while visiting the country.

Charge her?  That was twenty years ago and it was allegedly two weeks on a visitor's visa.  I wonder what is the statute of limitations on that infraction?  The IRS only requires me to keep seven years of my tax records.  Perhaps one of our attorneys can confirm the time has passed.

People will see what they choose to see and believe what they want to believe.  The further we move politically from the center the more extreme and full of crap our insistent allegations of issues will become.

Speaking strictly for myself, finding the middle ground is the easy part. Biting my tongue in response to posts that are about "liberals, the free crap army, etc." and stuff that is just plain wrong is the hard part. But as they say "Discretion is the better part of valor"
