Doc freed me up, just supposed to take it easy. I took a short 50 mile ride this afternoon, really felt good. Off the drugs that were making me dizzy, for the last few weeks if I bent over would fall on my face, glad that crap is over. Off the inhaler drugs also.

Bill, good to hear. I'm still a week or so away from some wind therapy but glad you seem to finally have a handle on the dizzy spells.

50 miles is a lot better than 0 miles!
I'm sure the road is glad to have you back.

They were caused by the drugs, was getting tired of bumping in to walls, Anna said I looked like I was drunk most of the time. I think the drugs often cause more problems than they cure. My two day relapse was totally due to drugs, soon as I got them out of my system I advanced much quicker. I could ride the bike now but can't quite get my leg over the saddle yet, the muscle strength/flexibility on the side of the hip isn't quite there yet. Talk about bumping into walls, during my relapse I went to stand up from a big easy chair and kept right on going over forward. Luckily the glass top coffee table had been moved from in front. I laid on the floor laughing like a fool, happy I had landed on my left side while Rita stood there with a horrified look on her face. As she turned to walk away she said something under her breath which probably wasn't complimentary.

I do not what drugs were causing it, had massive doses of steroids, may have caused it. But fairly normal now. At least I can breath now, had a week of just walking 20 ft would get out of breath and have to sit down.
