You were asking about my pipes, They are two brother pipes with the curves cut off. Baffles removed and extentions from Auto Zone. They work for me, real nice sound and nice clean look. They are not to loud but you can be heard. Outside are the same, inside the pipe larger. I had a friend at an exhaust place make me some inside pieces to mate these together.

Thanks Ghostrider,
I just boght a 98 standard that has cobras on it. The guy I bought it from had low sided it and scraped the tip on one of the pipes. this would be a great fix, and I think a better look.  I will see about the tips tomorrow, and then a trip to a friend at the muffler shop.  Did the baffles have to come out to make the tips fit?

I just got home tonight from picking the bike up in Atlanta. After the guy lowsided it, he told me he was done with bikes. he bought this bike in 2000 and only put 11,000. miles on it. I will post some pictures tomorrow of the damage, and maybe you can tell me if you think it will work.

On the two brother pipes the baffles were welded in, and i did not like the sound. Thats why i took mine out. On the cobras the baffles are removeable, so you can do what you want. Send me a pic after you get them done. Thanks.

Are those a set of old Bates saddle bags??? I haven't seen them in awhile, about 8 years ago I picked up a set at Vintage Motorcycle Days in Ohio, with the bag rails, trunk and all the keys, for 60 bucks...wish I still had them...mounted them on a V-45 Sabre and sold them with the bike...nice job on the pipes.. cooldude
