Honey Sapen They pulled the vent yesterday...He's talking now and doing much better... Asked him last night if he's ever gonna ride again... He said, "Hell yes".... I knew he would... This guy.... SMH...

Hey, Chumley. I will post an update tonight after I get home... He just got out of surgery for his one wrist. They did surgery on his legs and hip the other night... His head is looking good better now, no bleeding anymore thank god.. He's awake and has been talking. Not quite ready for visitors yet I asked him and he said not yet... You know him, his terms... We're at Lee Memorial Hospital and as soon as he gives me the go-ahead I will let everyone know when they can come in and what room he's in

I've crashed 3 times. I have massive respect for that "hell yes". Get right back on the horse when you can!

12-28-16  update

Rick is going in for surgery in the next hour or so, but im with him now. These are Rick's words..."Hey guys, this is my first official press release.... After 8 days in the hospital i have broken almost everything and fixed almost everything... major surgery on my right arm today.... Should be the last one. Food sucks and nothing to do. Can't wait to get outta here. Honey read me some of your messages, but I haven't read them myself or responded as i can not operate my phone. I'm feeling the love from you guys out there...keep it coming. Thanks for the love and support. - Rick" .....

Keep on keepin on Rick.  For some of the "new" folks I hope someone will post a link to some of Rick's flamethrower videos.

OK Rick, just what we needed.....another rider trying to jump over a van with his bike. Geez!  At least you now have something in common with another dude that lives down in Lake Flacid. What some people do to get attention.  Wink

Seriously bud, heal quick and complete, there isn't any more molds left like yours.  cooldude
