Bikers don't need shrinks!

Colleyville, TX

WWW
« on: January 05, 2017, 06:11:11 PM »

Hey, folks. Happy new year. What would you think about a lunch meeting Saturday the 14th followed by a ride for those who want to go if it's not freezing or raining. Thinking this might allow some folks not available on Thursday nights to join us.

Post up if you can make it the 14th. And, if you hate the idea of having to be up by noon on a Saturday,  let us know.

Just realized that is the weekend of the IMS show so maybe a ride there after lunch?

Good idea but not available.  That's the day of the Stock Show Parade in downtown Fort Worth.

RM, does your unavaliability mean that you're in the parade?

I really like the idea of Saturday and Sunday meetings, but we're in our busiest time of the year at work and I can't commit to Saturdays for a while.

No,  but I have 8 folks working with face painting and balloons so have to supervise.

Ok. Even though RM is not planning on being with us, I have received what the weather experts are calling a multi-day, multi-inch rain forecast for Friday through Sunday. Since only Rob and I are "in" so far, this is likely not a good time to use for a Saturday get together.  That being the case, we can get a Saturday meeting/ride in another month.  Let's stick with this Thursday for our monthly meeting if there is enough interest in getting together.

Thinking of keeping it central so East and West can converge. How about Hard Eight BBQ - Coppell?

7:00  Thursday January 12

688 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019
 972-471-5462

Post up if you can make it.
