They misspelled costs.

One would think that when a wealthy publication wishes to advise and appear wise one of their editors would have caught that.

You know, posting crap like this just to start a fight does nothing but damage the message board community.  Suppose you did succeed in driving everyone away excepting the ones who see things as you do.  What's left?  If you manage to "win" all the arguments you do nothing to make yourself appear any smarter than people already think you're not.

Wouldn't it be a better world if a large number of us determined that we would politely answer when someone else posts an incorrect view but that we would never be the one to start crap for the sake of starting crap?  I for one will not be originating any threads just for the sake of seeing whom I can offend.

And to think, the cartoon was accusing someone of being childish.   Wink

Willow, you've got a lot of nerve chiding me for posting something that might be controversial. For every one of my posts, there are ten more that do the same damn thing for the other side.

I know you say the right things about both sides doing it, but don't single me out for what I might post.

Thought you'd like that. I tried to use different pix, but that's one of the only ones that would work. Wrong format or something.

Consider yourself singled out.  If it's wrong for them it's wrong for you.  The old somebody else does worse than I is not a valid justification.

Yes, I do have a lot of nerve.  It's one of the things I'm not short on.

So posting a nationally circulated magazine cover is, in your words, immature?

How do you rate Trump's behavior? Do you consider it to be 'mature'?

Baldo, same thing happened to me when Obama got in the first time.  Carl said similar things to me. So for the most part, I stopped.

I never stopped saying impeach Obama, but funny how much more acceptable that became.  Lol

So, quit stirring the crap and turds will stop coming your way is my advise.

I consider it to be defensive to the onslaught of unprecedented media and Democrat party collusion I've ever seen.

The media has always had a slight left bend to them. I never had much of a issue with them carrying the water for the Democrats at times.

But now they are carrying the powder and shootin right along side of the rascals.

So I'm real good with President Trump lighting them up. Hope he shoves that "cover" right back up their patuies.

Blah, blah, blah, nuthin' new to see here same old rhetoric.

it's obvious that those who were betting on the media hyped fan favorite never went to the race track to bet on the ponies. sometimes, not only does the longshot come in but it wins big too...against all odds.

I look at it more like if you repeat the same line often enough, you'll always have a following. It doesn't make it true.

Is it bad that I find satisfaction in  the oppositions pain? I don't mean to disrespect anyone but I do find it gratifying that they are so upset. We had to put up with a president we did not like for 8 years, I'm sure you guys will be just fine for 4-8 years. Not saying you can't have your opinion, i have had my opinion about Obama lots of times.

With all the Obama bashing I've been guilty of over the past eight years I would have been happy to eat a large portion of crow if he had done anything for the country that wasn't for his own self aggrandizement and legacy building. His recent comments about the ACA and not caring if it's called "Trump care" as long as it offers improvements over what we have just proves to me that he and the democrats didn't care about the quality or the cost of the ACA as long as they had something to point to as their great achievement.

And now we have Trump, who while not even in the White House yet, is actively working for the American people, even baldo,  with job creation, cost cutting, focusing of the inter-city issues, and putting together a cabinet of real leaders. I hope to see him put a lot of the noise behind him and keep pushing for the above and other initiatives that the heart of America can see and appreciate. Obama was all about telling us what we need and cramming down our throat while Trump is pushing an agenda that the silent majority has been wanting since the early 2000's.
