I got quite the education looking for a CT for the IS.  Alot of size variation within the nominal size.
I mounted the 205-65-16 Falkien last night.  I am going to have to remove the right side nut cage at least and I may still not have clearance.  The fender appears to be about an 1/2" off center.  I looked in the shop talk and found where someone shimmed the fender strut out.  Does anyone else have another suggestion?  Maybe just take a big pair of pliers and bend the fender.

Stay on track with the nut cage mod and if thats not enough follow up with shimming the fender rail if it needs the extra help.
I'd certainly stay away from the fender with the pliers though.

It's not the fender that's off it's the rear wheel. It's designed that way to handle all your baby's torque and keep it linear. crazy2

Ferris if you do the washer mod, that should take care of the problem.  This will move the fender over.  I had some pictures that Easygoer posted, but can't find them right now.  I emailed Tundra and asked him to post them, maybe he will find them for you.

Terry, I located the e-mail you had sent to me. The link no longer works Undecided  I will try to contact Easygoer, who originated this fantastic illustration.
The washer mod will work for you...many of us have done it, very simple, 10 minutes. (mine was off by 3/4") perfect now!

Here you go...Click on link for photos, provided by Easygoer.
Remove shock bolt, loosen rear bolt, remove middle bolt and place piece of wood or something non-marring inbetween the fender rail and the frame so you can work, then place washer/washers in place.
(I needed several) When tightening do the rear fender bolt last and watch the fender straighten or center itself. Have fun cooldude

Mornin' Doug, I'm not signed up on the Main or Tech boards so can't post there. Here's the link. Could you possibly copy/paste it and post it there for him?

Not sure if you noticed, but under each pic there is a short write-up which is visible when viewing the pic separately, but not in the slideshow
