Looked at them many times, I know they are powerful however it is like an old tractor motor looking thing is stuck in the frame.  Just does not appeal to me.   I remember Eddies report on them as well.

Hey I resemble that tractor motor comment Jerry  Smiley  I loved my 05 but just wasn't riding it enough to warrant keeping it so I sold it.  Fastest and most powerful motorcycle I have ever ridden.  I have an extra exhaust manifold and chrome covers etc. for it if anyone buys it.  They are like new and will sell cheap.  That is a good price.  I see some rust on the rear shock springs.

I thought about you when typing that and I remember you brought it to one of the valk parties at the cottage. However you kept the VALK.  cooldude  I guess I'm not in trouble?   2funny

Not at all Jerry.  I loved it for trips like to your place there but if I were to do a long ride it wasn't the most comfortable.  Had I waited a few years until they came out with the model with more storage it might have been an option.  Just the 05 only thing you could do was order Corbin bags for storage and they were expensive.  But if anyone is looking for a hot rod that really is a good price.  I know I said it before on the board but that was the only bike I had ever ridden that I could actually feel my face being literally pulled into a smile of sorts when that second throttle plate opened up.  The torque that thing has is amazing.  If I remember correctly it was 140 HP and 147 Lb.ft. of torque.

I was following you on that ride to the party. Impressed by the acceleration of it. Sounded pretty wicked as well in the upper RPM band.
lol The VMax would do the same thing to my face! Only other thing that did that on a regular basis was the drag boat!

Every one I ever saw had rust on fasteners or some where.  They are hellaciously fast and fun to ride, but I'll stick to the valk.  Not impressed with the finish quality.
