Try a Wal-Mart or a small bike shop...  I have mine mounted at a Goodyear store... $7.00

the sad part is I work at a ford dealership and my friend is the tire tech here. he said he would try it BUT he may mess up the wheel. 3,000 lbs of force used on his tire machine. That scared me . I just had my rims polished to a mirror finish too.. I need an expert at this stuff!

I do mine myself on my Harbor Freight tire changer with motorcycle adapter.  Cheaper actually if you can find someone to do it on their machine usually when you consider the initial cost and the tire tools etc.  Not the easiest of jobs.  Car tires are usually more flexible than motorcycle tires.  Laying them in the sun helps soften them before mounting.  I have screw in loxins in the concrete apron in front of my shop to mount the tire changer.
