I always forget how much air to put in my tires, duh! Should I just go by what the tire says or what? I will be solo tomorrow for a 450 mile ride.

I always run 40 front - 42 rear, solo, regardless of the brand. Two-up; 45 rear. Ymmv,

I always used the 200 Metz with the stock front Metz, generally more mileage and better handling. Pressures: 40/42, front/rear. That usually gave me over 15k on the front, over 10k in back. I've gone over 12k in back with no problem. A stock size rear will usually give less mileage.
