They look rather nice, could eat a few of them myself.
We have Pasties here in the UK,most of them are filled with some sort of sludge which aren't very nice. The original Pasty was made in a county called Cornwall and had a big thick crust around the outside and were filled with meat and potatoes at one end and fruit or jam (I think you call it jelly) at the other. This was so that the coal miners could eat the middle part and leave the crust,as down in the mines they had no hand washing facilities.
The best part of all is they are usually around 10 inches long.
I'm going down to Cornwall in a couple of weeks and no doubt,I will try a few.
