Went to fire up the girl this morning she made a couple of grunts then stoped! Tapped the started and nothing! O no pulled plugs on rt bank and noticed the first one, front rt was wet but pulled the other two also, should not have standing in front of it when I hit the button! Got drownded rt front was full! Cranked it over till it cleared put plugs back and she fired right up, thankfully it still runs! Now the big question, where should I go from here, full shutoff valve, vacuumed line or carb? any and all help is very much appreciated!!

You have two things to fix.  The petcock is allowing fuel to run without vacuum.  New or rebuilt.  Id go Pingel.  Second thing is the float and or needle valve under the float needs replacing.  Better just do both.

So petcock and float/needle valve or it will happen again.

And until you fix it turn the fuel off when key is off. May still happen if petcock isnt working correctly.

And.....anytime between now and the time you go into the carbs. Just touch the starter before you lock a thumb on there and plan on starting it.
May as well plan on full kits including doing the rails while in there so you don't have to do it twice.
RedEye will have most of what you need in the seal dept.

You may or may not need ALL that but don't leave out the plastic float for each carb that let gas into a cylinder

Ooooo good list. I'll refer my friend to it, he needs to rebuild his carbs after his new(ish) Interstate sat for over a year. Fuel turned to varnish and I know those carb bowls aren't happy.

The Floats At The Cylinder Where The Fuel Seeped In  May Also Need To Be Replaced !
