Well I got the girl back together ( as I posted earlier the hydro lock issue) the carbs came apart easy and they were very clean replaced one needle as the plunger seem to catch ever so slightly floats were in great condition couldn't find any dirt did replace the O rings on the intake tubes, But upon putting the new kit in the fuel petcock I may have screwed up some where for I can't get gas to come out should I unhook the vacuum off #6 put a little vacuum on it to get it started? Thanks for your imput!

Don't take this the wrong way, but did you put gas back in your tank after all this ? If so, I would unhook the fuel line, apply a vacuum and see if it flows. Hooking a line up to a bucket would be prudent.

Yea meathead I did put the gas back in I also which I did not mention put another see through glass filter for a backup that's why I knew it wasn't getting fuel nothing was running in it! So I'll try taking the vac off #6 and put a little vacuum on it! Thanks for the comeback!

There have been many reports of problems with extra filters . You might begin trying without it.

Hmmm..."filters no good?"  I've had an inline filter, Pingle manual, and a Dan Marc on my ride for the last 10 years at least with nary a problem. Just have to make sure everything is running downhill with no droops in the line from the petcock to the "T".  And yes....I'm special.  Evil

Yeah filter no good.
Ditto. You really do have to be special to get by with it.
May not be your immediate problem though.
It should run for a time once you get gas to flow. It takes some vac to get it flowing after a carb rebuild.
Last time I had my carbs off was for fuel rail O-rings, before I replaced the tank I ran it from a remote tank swung high above the bike.

Some good advice here. I'm all about testing stuff before I put it into use. For example...with the petcock in your hand and some tubing you could apply vacuum to open it and simply blow air thru it. Remove vacuum and if no more air...you're good to go. K.I.S.S. applies. Similarly I recently tested a Dan-marc install with some tubing, the key switch,  and my horrendous breath before reinstalling the airbox. Lol

Well guys problem solved! And I do appreciate all your input! The more I got thinking about it as a couple of you guys mentioned the petcock works on vacuum! So no vacuume no gas so I pulled the vac hose off #6 and gave it a little vacume and here comes the gas just like it was designed to do! Hit the start and the old girl fires right up smooth as a  Swiss watch! You guys are the best on this forum on trying to help a brother when he has a problem! Thanks again!  Jym...
