So far I have come up with two sites after checking out the common sites, HDL, bikebandit, etc.
 www.servicehonda.com and http://www.beaverdamhondakawasaki.com/default.asp
which seem to have the lowest prices including the shipping cost.
any suggestions or other sites I can check out?

thanks

HDL  Honda direct line is where I get almost all my parts. I've had nothing but good service from them. Others have had some problems but no me.

HDL will also beat others prices.  When I hit a deer and had to rebuild the front end of my bike, I also had found that servicehonda had some lower prices on several items...but I still ordered everything from HDL and saved close to another $50 because they were beating servicehonda by $5 on each item.

I'm one of HDL's customers who has been disappointed. About a year and a half ago HDL ran a sale: 20% off of any one item. I placed my order and got nothing. Several weeks later I recieved an E-mail saying the item was no longer available. Tough luck, no offer to choose another item, just sorry about your luck.
The thing that really gripes me is that they still list that "no longer available" item.
Seems a bit lacking in the customer relations department to me. I shop elsewhere whenever posible.

HDL told me once before that they only match or beat prices by $5 on after market parts not OEM parts. This was the reason for my post. so far the two I posted are the lowest, I have checked the other sites that were posted.
Is this still true or did they change their policy. anybody know before I call them? thanks.

I always have them check availability if they don't happen to offer. They will tell me if it's in stock at their location or central warehousing, and how long to get it to their shop. I've had stuff backordered a couple days and they send what they have received, then will get the backordered item a short time later shipped on their dime. I've even had backorders come in on a two day delivery even though I didn't ask for it. I've had a couple bad experiences with HDL, mainly left holding the bag on parts never shipped and never notified they weren't available for 2-3 weeks. Service Honda has actually called me a few times asking if I still want a part after they couldn't get it for a week. Their prices aren't that much different from HDL, so for the difference in service I use them exclusively.
