exhaust backfiring

I just installed a new Cobra 6x6 exhaust yesturday (thanks Joe) and as I went out for my first ride I noticed that when I let off the throttle there was popping from the exhaust. I did not re jet, do I need to or could it be something else?? TIA

Did you change your exhaust little ring gaskets, copper crush thingys? If you did, did you take out the old ones before installing the new ones?
