A lot of these light bar companies tell you to mount the stock turn signal/running lights to their light bar. I am pretty sure Cobra was one of them. So the black plastic piece would be a stock Honda part. The part number would be 33640-MZ0-003 for a Standard or Tourer.

I remember something from the instructions from when I installed
my cobras... there was something different about using/installing the
turn signals because they were different depending on the year.

I just cross referenced 33640-MZ0-003 at partzilla...

It is for 97-99...

Sorry for the sketchy details, but make sure you get the right thing...

Maybe a picture to be sure we are making correct assumptions here.

As for stock turn signals, there are 2 different types. I forget the details, horizontal screws, single screw, ? I just can't remember.

I think it's 99 and earlier are two screw, the 2k and up are single screw. The little plastic mounts that came with the light bar are different depending on which one you have.

I think 99 and up use a single screw light lenses mounting, and 97 98 use a two screw mount. I'm not sure the black plastic mount for the light is any different from 97 -03. There might be some differences between the interstate and standard/tourer lights cooldude

When i bought the  setup for my 2k std. the plastic mounts didn't fit the t/sig.the parts dept had to order the other mounts.I think Mich is right,I think about it now the set I bought said 97-98 on the package.I figured  they hadn't updated the package back in 01.

PS The stealers first response was to tell me I had to buy the early t/sigs. I had to twist their arm to look into the other mounts from cobra.

Thank You everyone,  I will try to post pick later when I am at bike. Looking at part breakdown I dont believe it is a honda part as it has a grove in it as wire come out side not thru end. I did look at it again looks like it just ripped threads out. It had some sort of I am going to call epoxy.  I took of other light it did not have any goop in it, so I think someone stripped screw in plastic before and MacGyver it back together.  I have never used a helicoil in plastic/nylon (not sure) used them in aluminum and steel. Not sure how to bond it to plastic.

I think you are talking about a Cobra part,an adapter to relocate the blinkers. J&P cycles has them in their metric catalog.
