Need a little help Master Cyclinder Covers

I have a Black Valk. I replaced the OEM master cyclinder covers with chrome covers, but what I really want are Gloss Black covers but I can't find any on line. Is there any type of black glossy paint I can buy that will cover the chrome covers ? What type of paint will bond to Chrome? Or, is there somewhere I can send them to be powder coated?

Chrome does not paint well, without scuffing it up. What about some of at
wrap
stuff, or
dip
stuff?
Why not take your OE aluminum ones, grind off all the Japanese (or whatever it is on there), and paint those?

Rustoleum makes blackout chrome paint. I had good luck using this on my covers and other small parts, not so good with large parts. Not cheap around $20.

Thanks Jack B, I don't mind spending $20 to get what I am looking for. If it doesn't work out, no big deal.
