Well, we had a couple of new Crewleader jobs added at work and it was an "in-house" only application process.....6 of our Groundskeepers applied and one of the Groundskeepers on my crew(the best one), got one of those promotions....that leaves me with the "Slacker" I posted about a while back.....he has said that he would retire in March, but I heard from another guy at work that he said he wasn't sure he could afford to retire....$%^&&#!!!!....
I am happy that my best Groundskeeper got the promotion, but it's going to severely hamper my crew and I'm going to have to keep a much closer eye on the guy left.....it's coming up on the Christmas season and we have a LOT of work to get done....kinda numb about it at the moment.....
