Most of the time when problems are posted here the fix or solution to a problem is never posted. Most leave you wondering? Suggested fixes are the result of members trying to help someone in need through experience or common sense.

Some post are long with a lot of ideas for the person inquiring about an issue. But, you very seldom see what the fix was. Coming here is an excellent  resource to try and learn about these great bikes of ours. All I'm saying is if you post a problem  it would be nice to see what the solution to that problem was instead of no results at all.   cooldude

This is a common issue of most online help forums. Folks just sign on to get help and move on. I think if you take a look at the long term members here, most post solutions and if they don't then shame on them. The main reason is to help the OP, other readers in the future, and to educate ourselves. Not going to speak for anyone else, but these bikes will be around long after I am gone so a permanent record of repairs, customization's, and ideas is a good thing.

I posted a question about a wind shield for my Memphis shade... I had a couple of replies and have since ordered a long ride shields shield as suggested by a member.. I will up date when it gets here next week. I also asked about exhaust since mine was to loud for me... bought used stock one from CL... love them!

I totally agree.  I'm a pretty new member and had a problem with my oil pressure.  Got lots of great help and as suggested, replaced the filter with positive results.  I did post the fix!  Thanks to all who help and who post results
