Strange - recently on rides of various lengths after filling up, the Valk will start to feel like I need to switch the fuel from ON to RESERVE.  This is happening at various mileage, as low as 35 and over 100.  I have an interstate tank on my standard valk and I use to go over 180-200 miles before I needed to switch to reserve.  I have a new petcock so I wonder what is causing this.  Any suggestions?  Tom

Since you recently did the petcock, check the vent hose, since you had the tank off. Also number six vacumn tube to the petcock.  coolsmiley hoser

It is also possible to put the cover set in the petcock wrong.  May need to check again also.
